How will I receive my downloadable instructions?
As soon as you place the order, and the payment goes through, you will see the file ready to download under the "DOWNLOAD" column. All files are in PDF format.
How long will it take to receive my art?
Each of the Dice Art pieces takes around 2-6 weeks to create and you to receive. This may change slightly depending on how many art pieces we have in our queue.
What is the returns and refunds policy?
Since dice art is made to order, we do not accept any refunds or returns. We will only issue a refund if we have not begun to work on your art. For more information on this matter, please see our REFUND and RETURN policy at the bottom of this page.
How can I customize my custom dice art?
First, choose an image that you would like us to create. Then choose the size of your custom dice art. You are able to customize how many dice are used, and the canvas size. The more number of dice that are used, the better the image quality. Please note that changes may increase the cost.
What kind of images get the best result?
Images that are a close up of one or two people tend to come out the best. We do not suggest doing any fully body portraits. Our team will work with you to get the best dice art possible for you. We are able to show you a "preview" of what your dice our will turn out like to ensure your satisfaction.
