Refund Eligibility: The only circumstance in which a refund will be considered is if we have not yet initiated work on your custom art piece. Once production has begun, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Cancellations made after work has started on your custom art will not be eligible for a refund. Fill out our CONTACT form with the subject “CANCEL EXISTING ORDER,” to process your request.
